Responsibilities Lead and coordinate individualized student programs for a class of nine transition-age students (13–19) with disabilities. Develop, implement, and monitor IEP goals and instructional plans throughout the school day. Design and oversee daily structured programming that promotes growth, communication, and independence. Develop meaningful weekly Community Learning Experiences (CLEs) aligned with individual student goals and transition outcomes. Coordinate and support six Behavior Specialists in the classroom; collaborate closely with an onsite BCBA, OT, and SLP.
