Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive virtual assessments and screenings to evaluate clients' mental health and behaviors, focusing on identifying substance abuse histories where relevant.

• Facilitate both individual and group therapy sessions utilizing evidence-based approaches, such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), to derive effective outcomes.

• Collaborate closely with other treatment team members, including psychologists, psychiatrists, and social workers, to ensure our clients receive integrated care that addresses their diverse needs.

• Provide education and support to clients' families to foster their involvement in the recovery process, promoting a holistic approach to mental wellness.

• Maintain meticulous records of all client interactions in compliance with applicable regulations, ensuring data integrity and confidentiality while utilizing our Electronic Health Records (EHR) system.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Our clientele consists of pre-screened individuals presenting with low acuity needs. You will primarily work with adolescents and young adults, addressing various mental health challenges including anxiety, depression, and behavior issues. The emphasis on lower acuity cases allows our therapists to focus on developing therapeutic relationships and delivering exceptional client care without overwhelming demands.

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s degree in Social Work, Counseling, Marriage and Family Therapy, or Psychology is required.

• Possession of valid state licensure as an LMFT, LPCC, LCSW or PsyD.

• Experience in providing telehealth therapy services, particularly to adolescent and young adult populations.

Compensation and Benefits\n

• Annual salary range between $80,000 and $122,000, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
