Redwood Medical Services is actively seeking a dedicated and compassionate Nurse Practitioner to join our team. As a Nurse Practitioner in our concierge medicine practice, you will provide high-quality, patient-centered care through house calls and in-person consultations. This is a full-time, onsite position located in Guilderland, New York, with a work schedule of Monday to Friday from 9 AM to 5 PM. Key Responsibilities

As a Nurse Practitioner, your primary responsibilities will include:

• Conducting comprehensive health assessments and physical examinations to establish diagnoses and formulate individualized treatment plans tailored to each patient's specific needs.
• Collaborating with a network of interdisciplinary team members to ensure continuity of care, facilitating referrals and resources as needed.
• Ordering and interpreting diagnostic tests, as well as prescribing medications and performing needed therapeutic procedures.
