Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive psychosocial assessments to evaluate clients’ mental health needs, identifying their strengths and challenges to formulate effective treatment goals.

• Provide tailored individual, family, and group therapy sessions, utilizing evidence-based therapeutic techniques such as cognitive-behavioral therapy and motivational interviewing.

• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans that include client-specific goals, interventions, and progress evaluation methods.

• Work collaboratively with a multidisciplinary team—including psychiatrists and nurses—to ensure holistic and coordinated care for our patients.

• Engage in crisis intervention services by performing risk assessments, safety planning, and timely interventions as required.

Qualifications\n

• Master's degree in Social Work from an accredited program.

Compensation and Benefits\n
