This full-time role offers the flexibility of remote work, allowing clinicians to provide impactful care from the comfort of their own space. Our target salary range is USD 115,000 to 130,000 annually.

Work Environment\n

This remote position allows you to work from anywhere within the USA, embracing a fully virtual model that prioritizes both clinician and client comfort. Our Operations team manages all administrative tasks, enabling our therapists to dedicate their time to providing exceptional mental health services.

Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct individual and group therapy sessions via telehealth platforms, with a maximum of 8 clients per group to foster deeper connections.

• Develop and implement personalized treatment plans based on client assessments and progress evaluations.
\n
• Participate in weekly case discussions with your peers, enhancing interdisciplinary collaboration and sharing best practices.
\n
• Keep meticulous documentation of sessions and client progress in accordance with organizational standards.
\n
• Engage with our full-time Admissions and Assessment team to facilitate seamless intake and continuity of care for clients.
\n
• Continuously contribute to the improvement of our service delivery by participating in training and accessing free continuing education units (CEUs).

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Our primary focus is on adolescents and young adults navigating mental health challenges, such as anxiety, depression, trauma, and substance use disorders. We work collaboratively to empower these individuals on their journey toward recovery and sustainable mental wellness, recognizing the unique occurrences in their lives that may affect their mental health.

Qualifications\n

• Master’s degree in Social Work, Psychology, Marriage and Family Therapy, or Mental Health Counseling.
\n
• Current licensure as LCSW, LCSW-R, LMHC, or LMFT. We welcome both independently licensed and junior-licensed clinicians and provide supervision to junior-licensed individuals.

• Availability to commit to a minimum of 12 hours per week for contract positions or full-time availability with flexible evening and weekend hours for W2 roles.
\n
• A proven track record of working in a mental health setting with a strong commitment to ethical practices and client confidentiality.

Preferred Experience\n

• Experience working with adolescents and young adults in therapeutic settings.

• Familiarity with telehealth platforms and digital tools relevant to clinical practice.
