Key Responsibilities\n

• Client Assessments: Conduct initial assessments and ongoing evaluations to determine client mental health statuses and needs through effective dialogue and observation.

• Ongoing Support: Facilitate regular individual and group therapy sessions, equipping clients with coping strategies and tools to manage their conditions effectively.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

You will engage with a varied client base that may include individuals grappling with anxiety, depression, PTSD, substance abuse, and eating disorders. Many clients come from diverse cultural backgrounds, allowing you to apply your cultural competence and adapt therapeutic approaches to meet their unique needs. Qualifications\n

• A Master’s or Doctoral degree in Social Work, Mental Health Counseling, Psychology, or Marriage and Family Therapy from an accredited institution.

• Current and valid licensure as an LMFT, LPC, or LCSW in the state of Pennsylvania.

• Minimum of four years of relevant clinical experience in mental health counseling.

• Extensive understanding of various mental health disorders and familiarity with evidence-based treatment modalities.

• Strong crisis intervention skills, with the ability to apply appropriate interventions in high-stress situations.

• Demonstrated proficiency in using EHR systems for effective documentation and client management.

The Franciscan Behavioral Health Center offers a competitive salary range between USD 70,000 and 100,000 annually, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
