Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct individual mental health counseling sessions via video conference, ensuring compassionate and ethical practice.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Your role will primarily involve working with stable, low-acuity adults presenting with a range of mental health challenges. This includes managing anxiety, mild depression, and emotional adjustments, among others. Our goal is to equip these individuals with the skills necessary to navigate life's challenges and improve their overall quality of life.

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology.
\n
• A valid, unrestricted license to practice independently in Oregon as either a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC), or Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW).

• No provisional licenses, disciplinary actions, or limitations on practice.
\n
• Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, along with a caring and empathetic approach.
\n
• Computer literacy and the ability to navigate telehealth platforms smoothly.

Preferred Experience\n

While all licensed therapists are encouraged to apply, we value prior experience in telehealth counseling or work with similar patient populations. Having a background in solution-focused therapy or cognitive behavioral therapy is a plus.

Compensation and Benefits\n

The position offers a competitive salary range of USD 90,000 to 104,000 annually, based on your experience and hours worked. Additional benefits include:
