Job Title: Accounting Clerk Job Location: Hauppauge, NY Work Schedule: 100% on-site, Monday-Friday, 8:00 AM-4:00 PM EST Salary: $50k-$70k base + Comprehensive Health Benefits (after 90 days of employment) + 401k with 3% match (after 1 yr of employment) Must have: Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in Accounting Nice-to-Have: Accounts payable experience Construction accounting experience ComputerEase / Deltek experience Procore experience Why join us? You will support accounts payable operations, invoice processing, data entry, and vendor-related accounting tasks. This is a hands-on role offering exposure to accounting systems, process improvements, and career growth opportunities. Key Responsibilities: · Process and enter vendor invoices accurately. · Support accounts payable and accounting operations. · Assist with invoice coding and job-related accounting tasks. · Maintain accurate records and documentation. · Support union-related invoice processing. · Utilize accounting systems and technology tools. · Collaborate with internal teams and vendors. · Assist with process improvements and special projects as needed.
