Key Responsibilities\n

• Manage a diverse caseload of clients through virtual sessions, establishing positive and ethical relationships while maintaining professional boundaries.

• Develop, implement, and oversee personalized treatment plans in partnership with clients, adapting strategies to their unique needs and circumstances.

• Maintain detailed and timely documentation for each client, including progress notes and treatment adjustments to ensure compliance and continuity of care.

• Perform intake assessments to understand new clients' needs and align them with appropriate treatment paths.

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s Degree in Mental Health Counseling or a closely related field.

• A current and valid LPC licensure in the state of Oregon.

Compensation and Benefits\n
