Work Environment

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct thorough patient assessments and gather detailed medical histories to ensure accurate diagnosis and treatment planning.
• Collaborate with physicians and multidisciplinary healthcare professionals to provide comprehensive care tailored to the individual needs of patients.
• Perform comprehensive physical examinations, order and interpret diagnostic tests, and devise suitable treatment plans based on findings.
• Administer vaccinations and medications, while educating patients on preventive health measures and lifestyle changes.
• Monitor and manage chronic conditions, coordinating referrals to specialists when necessary to enhance patient outcomes.
• Document patient encounters accurately and in a timely manner utilizing the EPIC EMR system, ensuring continuity of care.
• Participate in quality improvement initiatives and remain current with medical advancements and best practices.
• Emphasize preventive care to help maximize patient wellness and improve quality of life.
• Provide compassionate, patient-centered care while building meaningful relationships with patients and their families.
• Adhere to ethical and legal standards in medical practice, maintaining patient confidentiality at all times.

Patient Population / Client Focus

Qualifications

• A graduate of an accredited Physician Assistant program.
• Current PA Certification and active state license in Florida.

• Experience using EPIC EMR system is advantageous.

Compensation and Benefits

We offer a competitive salary range of USD 140,000 to 180,000 per year, commensurate with experience.
