Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough assessments and initial evaluations of patients to identify their mental and emotional needs, crafting tailored treatment plans based on their unique situations.

• Engage in active listening during patient sessions, allowing them to share their experiences and concerns, and subsequently diagnose their psychological conditions.

• Develop individualized coping strategies and actionable treatment plans that empower patients to manage their trauma and emotional challenges effectively.

• Provide education and resources to both patients and staff on various coping mechanisms related to stress and trauma, fostering a better understanding and approach towards mental health challenges.

• Monitor the progress of each patient regularly, adjusting treatment plans as necessary to ensure optimal outcomes and adherence to therapeutic goals.

• Collaborate with social and medical agencies, as well as community programs, to coordinate and enhance the support services available to patients.

• Engage in professional development through continuing education courses and workshops to maintain your National Certified Counselor certification and stay apprised of the latest mental health practices.

Qualifications\n

Compensation and Benefits\n
