Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough assessments to establish individualized treatment goals with clients, ensuring they feel heard and respected throughout the process.

• Deliver prevention-oriented therapy and evidence-based interventions tailored to clients’ specific needs and circumstances.

• Develop, implement, and periodically review treatment plans that align with best practices and address the evolving needs of clients.

• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team and other treatment providers to coordinate care and enhance client outcomes.

• Maintain accurate and timely documentation of client progress, session notes, and treatment adjustments in our electronic health record system.
