Work Environment\n

This role is primarily designed for a remote work setting, allowing for flexibility while engaging directly with students. The typical work schedule runs Monday to Friday from 8:00 AM to 4:00 PM, with occasional evening shifts, rotating weekends, and on-call duties as needed. The majority of interactions will occur through teletherapy and virtual meetings, supported by effective digital communication tools.

Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive mental health assessments for students, gathering data to identify needs and formulate effective treatment plans.

• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans that address emotional well-being, behavioral issues, and integration into the academic environment.
