Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough mental health assessments to identify client needs, strengths, and areas for growth, subsequently developing comprehensive and personalized treatment plans.

• Implement evidence-based therapeutic modalities such as cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT), solution-focused therapy, and other recognized therapeutic techniques tailored to individual client profiles.

• Facilitate psychoeducational workshops and support groups that empower clients by providing them with knowledge, skills, and community support to address their mental health concerns.

• Collaborate with interprofessional team members, including psychiatrists and psychologists, to ensure coordinated care and effective treatment integration.

• Provide crisis intervention services when necessary and support clients during mental health emergencies, demonstrating strong conflict resolution and problem-solving skills.

• Educate clients on their mental health conditions and treatment options, empowering them to make informed choices about their care.

Qualifications\n

Compensation and Benefits\n
