This remote full-time position will provide critical mental health assessment, diagnosis, therapy, and crisis intervention services to both adults and children in need. Our ideal candidate will be a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), Licensed Professional Clinical Counselor (LPCC), or Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) with a commitment to improving the mental health and well-being of our clients.

This position will be performed remotely, allowing for flexibility while maintaining a strong connection with our patients through virtual consultation tools. Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough mental health assessments to develop individualized treatment plans for patients with acute or chronic mental health conditions, ensuring an evidence-based approach to therapy.

• Deliver outpatient psychotherapy services to individuals, couples, families, and groups, utilizing a range of therapeutic modalities suited to the unique needs of each client.

• Prepare and maintain detailed intake summaries, treatment plans, and progress notes, adhering to state regulations and NCQA standards for documentation.
\n
• Participate in interdisciplinary team meetings to collaboratively select, plan, and evaluate treatment approaches, facilitating a team-oriented approach to patient care.

• Assist in the assessment for psychiatric medications in collaboration with medical providers, ensuring patients receive holistic care that considers both therapeutic and pharmacological interventions.

• Supervise and mentor Post Masters Fellows, Associate Clinical Social Workers, Associate Marriage Family Therapists, or Associate Professional Clinical Counselors, enhancing the learning environment and professional development within the department.

• Engage with patients' families by providing information about treatment processes and techniques to foster better support and adherence to therapeutic goals.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

The clients you will work with include a diverse array of individuals and families facing various mental health challenges. This may range from anxiety and depression to more complex disorders requiring specialized intervention. Your role is critical in shaping their treatment journey and empowering them to achieve meaningful improvements in their mental health.

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s degree in Counseling, Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, or Mental Health Counseling.

• Active licensure in one of the following areas: LCSW, LMFT, or LPCC in the state of California.

Preferred Experience\n

• Experience providing outpatient therapy services in a behavioral health setting.

• Familiarity with evidence-based practices and therapeutic modalities relevant to treating diverse populations.

• Prior experience in a team-based clinical environment is highly desirable, contributing to collaborative treatment and comprehensive care.
