Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive assessments to evaluate clients' mood disorder symptoms, including their severity, frequency, and duration, utilizing standardized assessment tools.

• Work collaboratively with clients to co-create tailored treatment plans that reflect their distinct goals and therapeutic preferences.

• Implement evidence-based therapeutic modalities, such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), to effectively address clients' mood disorders.

• Educate clients and their families on mood disorders, treatment options, and essential self-care strategies, enhancing their understanding and ability to cope.

• Continuously monitor and evaluate clients' progress, adjusting treatment plans and interventions as necessary to ensure optimal therapeutic outcomes.

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s or Doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology from an accredited institution.

• Current, valid licensure as an LCSW, LPC, or LMFT in Texas.
