Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive assessments of clients’ mental health status through secure video conferencing tools, adhering to ethical standards and demonstrating empathy throughout.

• Implement evidence-based, solution-focused therapeutic techniques to address individual client needs and develop tailored treatment plans.

• Regularly monitor client progress, adjusting treatment strategies as necessary to optimize outcomes, and help clients establish effective coping mechanisms.

• Create a safe space for clients to explore their emotions, challenges, and relationships, facilitating insights that empower them to improve their overall mental health.

• Maintain detailed and accurate clinical documentation while minimizing administrative tasks, allowing you to focus more on patient care.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

You will be primarily working with stable, low acuity adults who are presenting various mental health concerns. Our aim is to equip these individuals with the skills necessary to navigate their emotional and psychological challenges effectively. By enhancing their coping strategies, we promote better outcomes in their daily lives.

Qualifications\n

• A Master's degree in a relevant counseling discipline such as Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology is required.

• A current, unrestricted state-issued mental health counseling license, allowing for independent practice. Licenses considered include Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), Licensed Professional Clinical Counselor (LPCC), Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), or equivalent credentials.

• No limited or provisional licenses will be considered, and candidates must have a clean disciplinary record.
\n
• Exceptional interpersonal communication skills and a strong empathetic nature are essential for connecting with clients.
\n
• Proficiency in using technology for counseling, requiring a computer with webcam and audio capabilities in addition to a reliable internet connection.

Preferred Experience\n

• Demonstrated experience in providing individual therapy in a telehealth setting is highly desirable.

• Familiarity with solution-focused therapy and other contemporary therapeutic modalities will be advantageous in this role.

• A background in working with a veteran population or within a diverse client demographic can enhance your effectiveness and rapport-building.

Compensation and Benefits\n

• The salary ranges from USD 115,000 to 130,000 per year, commensurate with experience and hours worked.
\n
• Weekly direct deposit pay period ensures consistent cash flow.
\n
