Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough mental health assessments to evaluate patient needs and potential treatment paths.

Qualifications\n

• A Master's or Doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology from an accredited institution.

• Current licensure as an LMFT, LMHC, or LICSW within the state of Massachusetts.

• Strong understanding of mental health disorders, treatment methodologies, and an ability to adapt therapeutic approaches to meet client needs.

Compensation and Benefits\n

The salary for this position ranges from USD 80,000 to 100,000 per year, commensurate with experience.
