Key Responsibilities\n

As a Licensed Mental Health Counselor at Steadfast Support Clinic, you will:

• Provide individual, group, and family therapy tailored to the needs of your assigned client population.

• Conduct comprehensive assessments and deliver evidence-based interventions to patients meeting medical necessity criteria outlined in the DSM V.

• Develop and facilitate psychoeducational groups, parenting classes, and specialized workshops to enhance community education and awareness.

• Ensure accurate and timely completion of client case materials, program forms, and statistical data required for compliance.
\n
• Maintain meticulous records and documentation, including therapy notes, progress reports, and other necessary charting tasks.

• Meet contractual obligations by achieving a target number of billable service hours each week.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

You will primarily serve children and community clients facing a variety of mental health challenges. This includes working with families to navigate issues such as anxiety, depression, behavioral difficulties, and trauma. Your role is pivotal in promoting resilience, teaching coping strategies, and fostering positive family dynamics through effective therapeutic methodologies.

Qualifications\n

• A Bachelor's Degree in Marriage and Family Therapy, Counseling, Social Work, Psychology, or a related field is required.

• A valid license to practice in Pennsylvania as a Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC), or Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW).

Preferred Experience\n
