This role will be conducted entirely remotely, allowing counselors to maintain flexible schedules while continuing to provide high-quality care via telehealth capabilities. You will utilize our advanced electronic health record (EHR) system to manage appointments, maintain client records, and monitor progress. Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive evaluations of clients' mental health status through virtual consultations.

• Lead individual and group therapy sessions aimed at addressing issues such as anxiety, depression, substance abuse, and trauma.

• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams, including psychiatrists and other healthcare professionals, to ensure holistic care for clients.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

In this role, you will have the opportunity to work with a diverse clientele, addressing a range of mental health challenges from mild to severe. Your clients may include individuals struggling with anxiety disorders, depression, eating disorders, and substance abuse issues. A core aspect of your responsibilities will be to apply culturally responsive and inclusive therapeutic approaches to effectively engage and support a varied demographic. Qualifications\n

• A minimum of a Bachelor's degree in Psychology, Social Work, or a related field from an accredited institution.

• Current and valid licensure as an LMFT, LPC, or LCSW in Arizona.

• At least four years of relevant clinical experience in a mental health setting.

• Demonstrated knowledge of mental health disorders and effective evidence-based treatment approaches.

• Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to communicate effectively with a diverse array of individuals.
