Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive evaluations and assessments to identify the strengths and needs of children with developmental delays.

• Actively participate in developing and implementing Individualized Family Service Plans (IFSPs) tailored to each child’s unique circumstances and family priorities.

• Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of interventions, adjusting strategies as necessary to improve outcomes.

• Provide coaching and support to families, equipping them with knowledge and skills to facilitate their child’s development in a natural learning environment.

• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams, including therapists and educators, to ensure a holistic approach to each child’s care.

• Establish rapport with children and their families to create a safe and nurturing learning atmosphere.

• Adhere to all federal and state regulations, ensuring compliance in evaluations, service delivery, and documentation.

Your primary focus will be on infants and toddlers facing developmental challenges. By implementing evidence-based practices and utilizing natural learning environments, you will help these children acquire essential skills in physical, cognitive, social-emotional, and communication domains. Qualifications\n

• Master's Degree in Social Work (MSW) from an accredited institution.

• Current licensure as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) by the Department of Public Health.

Compensation and Benefits\n
