Work Environment

At Ascove, you will be working in a vibrant outpatient office located in Newark, New Jersey, where you will engage with a diverse patient population. Key Responsibilities

• Conduct thorough evaluations of patients to assess functional limitations and develop tailored treatment plans that address individual needs.
• Provide consultations to other healthcare providers, ensuring a seamless continuum of care for our patients.
• Demonstrate exceptional patient interactions, maintaining a high standard of customer service regardless of age, cultural background, or conditions.
• Evaluate treatment outcomes, documenting findings comprehensively and ensuring that all processes adhere to applicable laws, regulations, and professional standards.
• Collaborate effectively with an interdisciplinary treatment team, fostering communication among physicians, support staff, and other healthcare professionals regarding patient care.
• Engage in leadership activities such as community outreach, continuous quality improvement initiatives, and supervision of physical therapy assistants, aides, and students.
• Participate in ongoing education and professional development by attending in-services, workshops, and staff meetings.

Patient Population / Client Focus

Qualifications
