Key Responsibilities\n

As a Licensed Mental Health Counselor, your primary responsibilities will include:

• Conducting initial assessments and developing individualized treatment plans tailored to clients' unique needs.

• Providing individual therapy sessions that address mental health conditions, life challenges, and personal goals.

• Utilizing evidence-based therapeutic techniques such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), and trauma-informed care.

• Monitoring client progress and adjusting treatment plans as necessary, while maintaining accurate documentation in compliance with state and federal regulations.

• Participating in regular team meetings and case consultations to enhance treatment strategies and share insights with colleagues.

• Maintaining a supportive and empathetic approach to clients, ensuring confidentiality and ethical standards are upheld at all times.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Your work will primarily focus on clients experiencing a variety of mental health conditions, such as depression, anxiety, PTSD, and adjustment disorders. You will serve diverse populations, including adults, adolescents, and families, offering therapy that emphasizes empowerment and resilience. Qualifications\n

To be considered for this role, applicants must possess the following qualifications:

• A Master’s Degree in Counseling, Social Work, or Marriage and Family Therapy from an accredited institution.

• An active Pennsylvania state license as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC), or Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT).

• A minimum of two years of direct experience providing individual therapy in a clinical setting.
