Job Summary Flik Hospitality Group Salary: $80,000 – $100,000 / year Position: Executive Chef – Ace Team. Based in New York City, you will primarily support units in the Tri‑State region and may required up to 25% travel to non‑local Flik locations. Assignments are scheduled Monday‑Friday with periodic evening, weekend and holiday assignments. Key Responsibilities Manage cost controls and control expenditures for the account. Plan and create all menus. Purchase and manage inventory. Roll out new culinary programs in conjunction with marketing and culinary team. Preferred Qualifications Culinary degree preferred. Three to five years of culinary management experience. High‑volume production and catering experience essential. Previous experience managing cost controls.
