This position is entirely remote, utilizing telehealth technology to provide care to clients. You will be equipped with a reliable therapist portal that streamlines documentation, enabling you to devote more time to what matters most—your clients. Flexible scheduling is available, with the ability to work evenings and weekends to meet clients' needs. You will be supported by a dedicated Therapy Leadership Team, ensuring you receive the resources and mentorship necessary to excel in your role.

Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct weekly evidence-based therapy sessions via secure video conferencing platforms, ensuring quality care for adult clients facing various emotional and psychiatric conditions.

• Collaborate with psychiatric providers as well as fellow therapists, creating a supportive network that enhances treatment outcomes and professional relationships.

• Utilize digital tools to administer symptom assessments and track patients' functional improvements and progress toward their therapeutic goals.

• Maintain precise, timely clinical documentation in our custom therapist portal, providing clear records of patient interactions and treatment plans.

• Engage in regular supervision and consultation with the Therapy Leadership Team to refine treatment techniques and ensure adherence to best practices.

• Commit to measurement-based care practices, adjusting treatment approaches based on tracked outcomes and client feedback.
\n
• Ensure compliance with HIPAA regulations, safeguarding clients' privacy and confidentiality at all times.
\n
• Draft comprehensive assessments and treatment plans that reflect the unique needs of each client, incorporating evidence-based modalities such as cognitive-behavioral therapy, emotionally focused therapy, and psychodynamic techniques.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Your focus will be on providing therapy to individuals aged thirteen and older, as well as couples seeking support in managing emotional and relational challenges. By utilizing personalized, evidence-based approaches, you will enhance the quality of life for your clients and facilitate meaningful therapeutic change.

Qualifications\n

• A Master's degree in Social Work or equivalent is required.

• An active state license as a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) .

Compensation and Benefits\n
