Work Environment

As a Physical Therapist at Revive Physical Therapy, you will work directly in patients' homes, providing a comfortable and familiar environment for rehabilitation. Key Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive evaluations to determine patients' physical capacities, functional movement, and rehabilitation needs.
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans that are tailored to address the specific conditions and goals of each patient.
• Utilize a variety of treatment techniques, including hands-on therapy, therapeutic exercises, and modalities such as ultrasound or electrical stimulation to manage pain and promote recovery.
• Educate patients on proper body mechanics, posture, and strategies to prevent future injuries, enhancing their overall health and wellness.
• Continuously monitor and document patient progress, making necessary adjustments to treatment plans to ensure optimal recovery outcomes.
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team of healthcare professionals, including physicians and occupational therapists, to provide comprehensive care.
• Maintain accurate patient records, reflecting treatments administered, patient responses, and progress toward rehabilitation goals.

Patient Population / Client Focus

In this role, you will work with a diverse patient population, including individuals recovering from orthopedic surgeries, those with chronic conditions like arthritis, or patients coping with neurological disorders. Your expertise will be critical in helping them regain independence and improve their functional abilities, whether they're dealing with back pain, joint issues, or the aftermath of injuries.

Qualifications

• A Bachelor's or Master's degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited institution is required.
• Current licensure to practice as a Physical Therapist in New Jersey.
• Board certification by the American Physical Therapy Association (APTA) is preferred.
• A minimum of one year of clinical experience in physical therapy, particularly in a home care setting, is essential.
• Proficiency in modern physical therapy techniques and modalities.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities to tailor treatment strategies effectively.
• Exceptional communication skills to engage with patients, families, and healthcare team members.

Preferred Experience

While a minimum of one year of experience is required, candidates with five or more years in clinical practice will find themselves well-suited for this position, particularly those familiar with home care environments. Additional certifications in specialized areas of therapy are advantageous.

Compensation and Benefits

Revive Physical Therapy offers a competitive salary range of $100,000 to $120,000 annually, commensurate with experience and performance.
