Key Responsibilities\n

As a full-time Licensed Mental Health Counselor, your primary responsibilities will encompass a variety of crucial tasks aimed at meeting the mental health needs of your clients:

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

The primary clientele within our outpatient office includes adults coping with a range of mental health challenges, such as anxiety disorders, depression, PTSD, and relationship issues. Qualifications\n

To thrive in this role, candidates must possess the following qualifications:

• A Master’s degree in Counseling, Psychology, Social Work, or a related field.

• Active licensure or license eligibility as a Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC), Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), or Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), ensuring compliance with New York state regulations.

• Current registration with a relevant professional body and possession of professional liability insurance.
\n
• Commitment to a full-time work schedule and availability for client appointments during business hours.

• Proficient in assessment administration, scoring, and report writing, with a focus on adults.

• Demonstrated professionalism, adaptability, and strong teamwork ability.

• Adherence to high ethical standards in clinical judgment and decision-making.

Preferred Experience\n

Compensation and Benefits\n
