Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive assessments to evaluate clients' mental health concerns and formulate accurate clinical diagnoses, which will form the foundation of tailored treatment plans.

• Provide individual, group, and family therapy using a variety of evidence-based modalities, such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), and Mindfulness techniques.

• Deliver crisis intervention services for clients experiencing acute mental health situations, ensuring immediate support and safety protocols are followed.

• Maintain detailed and confidential client records, including treatment plans, progress notes, and assessment outcomes, adhering to ethical practices and legal guidelines.

• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team of professionals including psychiatrists and social workers to create a comprehensive support network for clients.

• Educate clients and their families on mental health matters, treatment options, and community resources to empower them in their recovery journey.

• Stay updated on the latest trends and best practices in mental health therapy through ongoing training and professional development activities.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

The clients you will work with cover a broad spectrum of backgrounds and mental health concerns, including anxiety, depression, trauma, relationship issues, and more. Your ability to provide compassionate, culturally competent care will be vital in building trusting relationships with clients from diverse backgrounds.

Qualifications\n

• Must hold a valid license as a Mental Health Therapist (LMFT, LPC/MHSP, LPC, LCSW) in the state of Tennessee.

• A Master's or Doctoral degree in counseling, psychology, social work, or a related field is required.

• Exceptional clinical assessment and diagnostic skills, with the ability to develop strategic treatment plans.

• At least two years of related professional experience in mental health counseling.

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, allowing you to engage effectively with clients and team members.

Compensation and Benefits\n

The salary range for this position is between USD 85,000 and 100,000 per year, with performance evaluations creating avenues for potential raises. In addition, we provide a sign-on bonus as part of our compensation package.
