Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive assessments to evaluate clients' mental health, including identifying their strengths, needs, and treatment goals.

• Develop and implement effective, individualized treatment plans based on the initial assessments and ongoing evaluations.

• Lead both individual and group therapy sessions utilizing evidence-based therapeutic techniques, including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT).

• Collaborate closely with psychiatrists and other healthcare professionals for integrated care, attending regular multidisciplinary team meetings to discuss case updates and progress.

• Educate and support clients' families to increase their understanding and involvement in the recovery process, creating a supportive home environment.

• Maintain thorough and confidential client records in compliance with HIPAA and other regulatory standards, ensuring treatment plans and progress notes are up to date.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

You will be working with a diverse group of clients, ranging from adults facing anxiety and depression to adolescents dealing with trauma and behavioral issues. Qualifications\n

• A Master’s or Doctoral degree in Counseling, Social Work, Psychology, or a related behavioral health field is required.

• Competitive salary range of $80,000 to $104,000 annually, commensurate with experience and credentials.
