Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough clinical assessments, utilizing a variety of evidence-based practices and client-centered approaches to tailor personalized treatment plans according to individual needs.

• Implement therapeutic interventions including cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT), dialectical behavior therapy (DBT), and other appropriate modalities, which will help clients regain strength, resilience, and hope during their recovery journey.

• Maintain meticulous and confidential clinical records that comply with HIPAA regulations, ensuring that we uphold the highest professionalism and ethical standards in our practice.

• Engage in regular collaboration with a multidisciplinary treatment team, participating in case consultations and peer review meetings to enhance the quality of care.

• Educate clients and their families about mental health conditions, treatment avenues, and available community resources, empowering them to navigate their challenges with confidence.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

As a member of our team, you will work with a diverse range of clients who present with various mental health concerns, including anxiety, depression, trauma, and substance use disorders. Qualifications\n

• A Master's degree or Doctorate in Social Work, Counseling, Marriage and Family Therapy, or Psychology from an accredited institution.

Compensation and Benefits\n

We offer a competitive annual salary ranging from $100,000 to $105,000, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
