Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct initial assessments and evaluations to understand clients' mental health needs and create individualized treatment plans based on evidence-based practices.

• Provide therapeutic interventions using a variety of modalities such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), psychodynamic therapy, and solution-focused approaches, tailored to the client’s unique situation.

• Facilitate group therapy sessions, family counseling, and individual therapy, fostering a safe and supportive environment that encourages open discussion and skill-building.

• Maintain detailed and accurate clinical documentation in compliance with legal and ethical standards, ensuring confidentiality and professionalism at all times.

• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to coordinate comprehensive client care and contribute to treatment planning meetings.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

You will work with a diverse clientele, including individuals, couples, and families facing various mental health challenges such as anxiety, depression, trauma, relationship issues, and substance abuse. Qualifications\n

• A Master’s degree or Doctoral degree in Counseling, Psychology, or a related field is required.

• Current and unrestricted licensure as a Professional Counselor (LPC) in Pennsylvania.

• A minimum of two years of counseling experience is required, ideally within a clinical setting.

• Strong knowledge of legal and ethical standards governing counseling practices.

• Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills with a demonstrated ability to build rapport with clients from varying backgrounds.

Compensation and Benefits\n

We offer a competitive annual salary ranging from USD 70,000 to 90,000, commensurate with your experience and the size of your caseload. Additional benefits include access to dental, vision, and health insurance, malpractice insurance coverage, and robust client referrals.
