This role is entirely remote, allowing for flexibility in your work schedule. As part of a fully virtual team, you will leverage technology to conduct assessments and treatment sessions with clients. Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct individualized video chat therapy sessions with clients to address their unique mental health needs.

• Facilitate discussions that enable clients to explore their emotions and experiences, leading to greater self-awareness and relationship insights.

• Act as a client advocate by supporting them in defining and achieving their personal mental health goals.

• Perform thorough assessments of clients’ mental health conditions and develop personalized treatment plans utilizing a solution-focused approach.

• Maintain accurate records of client sessions and progress in accordance with best practices while minimizing administrative burdens.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Our primary focus is on working with stable, low-acuity adults who may be experiencing a range of mental health challenges. This includes individuals seeking support for anxiety, depression, life transitions, relationship issues, and lower-level mental health needs. Your role will be instrumental in guiding clients through their struggles and facilitating their journey towards improved mental well-being.

Qualifications\n

• A Master's degree in Social Work, Psychology, Marriage and Family Therapy, or Mental Health Counseling.
\n
• Current licensure as a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), Licensed Professional Clinical Counselor (LPCC), or Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) in California.

• Proficient computer skills, with the ability to effectively utilize teletherapy platforms and electronic health records.

• Demonstrated ability to conduct thorough assessments and initiate evidence-based treatment plans.

• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, fostering trust and rapport with clients.

• Prior experience working in a community health clinic or similar setting, focusing on low-acuity populations is a plus.

Compensation and Benefits\n

This position offers a competitive annual salary ranging from USD 115,000 to 130,000, commensurate with experience and hours worked. In addition, you will receive a monthly healthcare stipend to support your medical needs. We also offer:
