Fine Dining Supervisor

Overview We\'re a private restaurant located in the upper west side looking for a full-time, entry level supervisor. We offer a competitive pay, great benefits with many perks. Responsibilities Great communication skills, with a polished floor presence, professional demeanor and appearance Engage with guests and colleagues in a professional and dignified manner Provide the highest levels of organization and hospitality to guests at all times, without exception Maintain integrity of service, to proactively communicate with Managers to address any potential issues. Perform other job-related activities as required or assigned by Manager Available to work nights, holidays and long days as necessary Be prepared to participate in food/beverage knowledge training Open availability with holidays and weekend flexibility a must Qualifications This is an entry level role, 1- 3 years minimum restaurant experience, ideally in a server role. The willingness to roll up your sleeves and pitch in whenever necessary. The discipline and desire to maintain systems and organization within fast changing environments. Ability to learn technological platforms and work systematically with them. The desire for professional improvement and the process of learning. An organized approach to achieving team goals.
