Work Environment\n

The role is fully remote, allowing you to provide therapeutic services via a secure video conferencing platform. Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive diagnostic assessments and develop individualized treatment plans based on each client's unique needs and response to therapy.

• Provide counseling and psychotherapy using a variety of modalities including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), Motivational Interviewing (MI), Interpersonal Therapy (IPT), and psychodynamic therapy.

• Facilitate regular follow-up sessions with clients to assess progress and modify treatment plans as needed.
\n
• Utilize Electronic Medical Records (EMR) systems efficiently to document sessions and track client outcomes while minimizing paperwork.
\n
• Participate in crisis management whenever required, addressing acute emotional and psychological distress of clients promptly.
\n
• Collaborate with case managers and other healthcare providers to deliver comprehensive care to clients.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Your primary focus will be on helping adults and adolescents dealing with various mental health challenges, including but not limited to major depressive disorder (MDD), anxiety disorders, trauma, PTSD, and grief. You will be expected to tailor your therapeutic approach based on individual client preferences and requirements, promoting a patient-centered care model.

Qualifications\n

• A master's degree in Psychology, Counseling, Social Work, or a related field is required.

• A valid license to practice as a mental health counselor, social worker, or marriage and family therapist (LMHC, LMFT, LICSW) is mandatory per state regulations.

• Demonstrated clinical skills with a solid understanding of diverse mental health diagnoses and disorders.

• Outstanding interpersonal and communication skills, allowing for empathetic client interactions.

Compensation and Benefits\n
