Key Responsibilities

• Conduct detailed assessments of patients' physical abilities, mobility issues, and rehabilitation needs to create tailored therapy plans.
• Utilize evidence-based methods to develop and modify individual treatment plans that involve therapeutic exercises, manual therapy techniques, and patient education.
• Implement therapy programs, monitoring patient responses and progress to make necessary adjustments that maximize rehabilitation outcomes.
• Utilize the Raintree system to maintain comprehensive and accurate patient records, ensuring compliance with clinic policies and state regulations.
• Educate patients and their caregivers about treatment strategies, lifestyle modifications, and injury prevention techniques to support recovery.
• Regularly evaluate and report on patient progress, integrating continuous feedback into treatment adjustments aimed at enhancing recovery games.
• Participate in collaborative team meetings to discuss patient care, share insights, and enhance interdisciplinary relationships.

Patient Population / Client Focus

You will work predominantly with outpatient orthopedic patients, ranging from athletes recovering from sports injuries to seniors seeking help with mobility and strength. Qualifications

• A Master's Degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited institution.
• An active or eligible Physical Therapist license in the state of Nevada.

Preferred Experience

Compensation and Benefits

We offer a competitive salary ranging from $100,000 to $120,000 annually, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
