Work Environment

Our clinic provides a warm and inviting environment where you will work directly with patients in an outpatient setting. Our clinic hours run Monday through Friday from 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM, ensuring a balanced work-life schedule. Key Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive evaluations of patients to assess their physical function and develop customized treatment plans tailored to individual needs.
• Administer hands-on therapy techniques and employ evidence-based interventions to facilitate optimal recovery.
• Provide education to patients and their families regarding rehabilitation techniques, movement strategies, and self-care methods to promote long-term wellness.
• Monitor and document patient progress, adjusting treatment plans as necessary to ensure effective outcomes.
• Participate in team meetings to discuss patient cases and collaborate on the best strategies for care management.

Patient Population / Client Focus

You will work with a diverse patient population, primarily focusing on individuals recovering from orthopedic surgeries and injuries. The patients will range in age and background, requiring you to adapt your techniques to meet varying needs and recovery goals. Your hands-on approach will not only help direct rehabilitation efforts but also foster patient motivation and engagement in their recovery journey.

Qualifications

• A Bachelor's Degree in Physical Therapy is required; candidates with a Master's or Doctorate are preferred.
• A valid Nevada Physical Therapy license or the ability to obtain one is essential.
• Strong commitment to delivering high-quality patient care with attention to detail and excellent communication skills.

Preferred Experience

• Two years of experience in outpatient physical therapy settings is strongly preferred.
• Experience with orthopedic rehabilitation is beneficial but not mandatory as we welcome new graduates who are eager to learn.

Compensation and Benefits
