Expanding Balance Physical Therapy is seeking a dedicated and experienced Physical Therapist to join our orthopedic outpatient clinic in Mesquite, Nevada. This full-time role requires a commitment to excellence in patient care, with a structured schedule of Monday through Friday, from 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM. Key Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive evaluations to assess each patient's mobility and physical function, utilizing standard testing techniques and tools specific to rehabilitation.
• Design and implement individualized treatment plans based on clinical findings and patient goals, using evidence-based practices.
• Administer various therapeutic modalities, including therapeutic exercises, manual therapy techniques, and rehabilitation protocols tailored to each patient's unique needs.
• Document all patient interactions, treatment plans, and progress notes in the Raintree system, ensuring compliance with clinic policies and HIPAA regulations.
• Provide education to patients and family members regarding home care strategies and injury prevention techniques to empower them for sustained recovery.
• Regularly assess and modify treatment plans as necessary, using ongoing evaluations to enhance patient outcomes and ensure optimal recovery.

Patient Population / Client Focus

The ideal candidate will work with a diverse patient population, primarily consisting of individuals recovering from various orthopedic surgeries, sports injuries, and chronic pain conditions. Qualifications

• A Bachelor's Degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited institution is required; a Master's degree preferred.

Compensation and Benefits
