Work Environment

Located in the scenic area of Mesquite, our rehabilitation center provides a friendly and professional atmosphere. The work schedule is structured for optimal patient care, with hours from Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM. As a member of our team, you'll be working onsite with a diverse patient population in an outpatient orthopedic clinic, allowing for meaningful interaction and bond-building with individuals as you support their recovery journeys.

Key Responsibilities

• Evaluate and analyze patients' physical condition to develop customized treatment plans that address their specific needs and rehabilitation goals.
• Implement evidence-based therapies such as manual therapy techniques, therapeutic exercises, and modalities that promote recovery and enhance mobility.
• Continuously monitor patient progress and adapt treatment plans as necessary, ensuring optimal progression towards their goals.
• Educate patients and their families about injury prevention, self-care techniques, and strategies to maintain long-term health and well-being.
• Collaborate with other healthcare professionals, including physicians and occupational therapists, to provide comprehensive care and refer patients for additional services when needed.
• Document patient interactions, treatment plans, and progress accurately in compliance with regulatory standards and organizational protocols.

Patient Population / Client Focus

Our rehabilitation center primarily serves a diverse clientele of orthopedic patients, including those recovering from surgeries, sports injuries, and chronic musculoskeletal conditions. Qualifications

• A minimum of a Bachelor's Degree in Physical Therapy; a Master's or Doctorate in Physical Therapy is preferred.
• Must possess or be eligible for a Physical Therapy license in the state of Nevada.

Compensation and Benefits

The compensation for this position ranges from $95,000 to $110,000 per year, based on experience and qualifications.
