Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough assessments to understand each client's unique needs and develop individualized treatment plans tailored to promote growth and recovery.

• Deliver one-on-one therapy using appropriate therapeutic modalities, including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), and other evidence-based practices.

• Regularly monitor and evaluate client progress against established therapeutic goals, making adjustments to treatment plans as necessary.

• Provide teletherapy options to ensure accessibility for clients with various circumstances while maintaining engagement and quality of care.

• Document all client interactions and treatment plans accurately and in compliance with ethical standards and best practices.

• Participate in regular professional development opportunities, including workshops, webinars, and peer supervision to stay updated with the latest therapeutic techniques and ethical guidelines.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

You will work with a diverse range of clients from various backgrounds, including adults, adolescents, and families facing mental health challenges. Qualifications\n

• Must hold a current and valid state license as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), Licensed Professional Clinical Counselor (LPCC), Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), or Psychologist (PsyD).

• A Master's or Doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology is required.

Compensation and Benefits\n
