Your primary workplace will be our state-of-the-art Rehabilitation Facility in Fords, NJ. Key Responsibilities

• Conduct thorough examinations and evaluations of patients with functional limitations and disabilities, creating individualized treatment plans based on their specific needs.
• Provide expert consultation to healthcare providers regarding the continuum of care for patients to ensure a comprehensive approach to treatment.
• Maintain high standards of customer service by interacting respectfully with patients of all ages and backgrounds.
• Evaluate treatment plans regularly, incorporating feedback and adjusting strategies as needed to maximize patient recovery.
• Document findings, treatment progress, and finances following all relevant laws, regulations, and professional standards.
• Engage in ongoing communication with your interdisciplinary team, referring physicians, and other stakeholders to keep everyone informed about patient progress.

Compensation and Benefits
