As an onsite employee in our rehabilitation center, you will work in a collaborative atmosphere where teamwork and communication are essential. Key Responsibilities

• Assess and evaluate patients' physical conditions to determine appropriate treatment plans tailored to their individual needs.
• Deliver evidence-based interventions aimed at restoring range of motion, strength, and overall functional mobility.
• Implement cost-effective treatment strategies that promote holistic health and reduce dependence on medications or invasive surgeries.
• Design comprehensive rehabilitation programs that integrate various therapeutic modalities, including manual therapy and customized exercise regimens.
• Regularly monitor and document patient progress, adjusting treatment plans as necessary to optimize outcomes.
• Educate and motivate patients to adopt healthier lifestyles by enhancing strength, flexibility, balance, and coordination.
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team of healthcare providers to ensure comprehensive and cohesive patient care.
• Participate in continuous professional development through training and attending workshops to stay abreast of the latest advancements in physical therapy.

Patient Population / Client Focus

In this role, you will primarily work with patients recovering from orthopedic surgeries, sports injuries, or general musculoskeletal issues. You will be instrumental in facilitating their recovery journeys by providing personalized treatment plans and ongoing support. Your ability to establish strong patient relationships will play a crucial role in motivating them to achieve their rehabilitation goals and helping them to regain independence in their daily activities.

Qualifications

• Master's or Doctorate degree in Physical Therapy (DPT) from an accredited program.
• Current active state license to practice as a Physical Therapist.
• At least two years of experience in an orthopedic outpatient setting, demonstrating a solid understanding of rehabilitation principles.
• Unblemished professional record with no history of board or disciplinary actions against your license.
• Strong skills in manual therapy techniques and competence in developing and implementing effective exercise protocols.

Preferred Experience

• A background in sports medicine or working with post-operative patients is highly desirable.
• Experience in implementing modern therapy technologies or tools that enhance patient rehabilitation.
• Evidence of community engagement or participation in professional physical therapy organizations.

Compensation and Benefits

We offer a competitive annual salary ranging from USD 110,000 to 130,000, along with performance-based bonuses.
