Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough assessments of clients’ mental health statuses and collaboratively develop personalized treatment plans that address their unique needs and goals.

• Provide evidence-based therapeutic interventions, including individual and group therapy sessions, to promote mental well-being and support clients in their healing journeys.

• Draw from a broad range of therapeutic modalities, such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), psychodynamic therapy, and solution-focused brief therapy, to tailor sessions to individual client needs.

• Maintain seamless communication with multidisciplinary team members, ensuring coordinated care and effective treatment outcomes.

• Document all client interactions accurately and in compliance with HIPAA regulations, utilizing our integrated practice management system for efficiency and accuracy.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

The clients you will serve at Harmony House come from diverse backgrounds and present a variety of challenges, including issues related to substance abuse, anxiety disorders, depression, and eating disorders. The ideal candidate should be comfortable navigating the complexities of these conditions and adapting to the varying needs of each individual.

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s degree in Counseling, Psychology, or a closely related field from an accredited institution.

• Active and unrestricted licensure as a Professional Counselor (LPC) in the state of New Jersey.

• A minimum of two years of clinical counseling experience, with direct exposure to various mental health conditions.

Preferred Experience\n

• Specialization in areas such as family therapy, couples therapy, trauma-focused therapy, or substance misuse treatment is highly desirable and will enhance your fit for our team.

• Experience utilizing telehealth services and technology-driven therapy modalities is beneficial but not required.

Compensation and Benefits\n

The compensation for this role ranges from $80,000 to $90,000 annually, dependent on your qualifications, expertise, and the breadth of your practice. Additional incentives include:
