Work Environment\n

This position primarily operates in a telehealth setting, allowing counselors to connect with clients from the comfort of their own homes or preferred locations. Part-time positions are also available with flexible scheduling options from Monday to Saturday, with no weekend obligations. Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive assessments to develop individualized therapy plans tailored to each client’s unique needs.

• Utilize evidence-based therapeutic modalities, such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), psychodynamic therapy, and solution-focused techniques to deliver effective counseling sessions.

• Facilitate therapeutic interventions for diverse client groups, including individuals, couples, families, and groups, focusing on enhancing emotional resilience and coping strategies.

• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure holistic care is delivered effectively across all stages of treatment.

• Maintain up-to-date, accurate clinical documentation in compliance with legal, ethical, and organizational standards.

• Engage in continual professional development through workshops and training to remain informed on the latest advances in mental health care.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

In this role, you will primarily work with a diverse patient population, addressing a variety of mental health challenges. Counselors are expected to support individuals from different backgrounds, including those facing issues related to trauma, substance use, depression, anxiety, and relationship difficulties. Qualifications\n

• Master’s or Doctoral degree in Counseling, Mental Health Counseling, Psychology, or a related field.

• Valid and unrestricted LPC licensure in the state of Oregon.
