Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough trauma-informed mental health assessments to evaluate the unique trauma history of each patient and customize treatment approaches accordingly.

• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans aimed at fostering trauma recovery and enhancing resilience, grounded in evidence-based practices.

• Offer specific therapeutic interventions such as Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR) and Trauma-Focused Cognitive-Behavioral Therapy (TF-CBT).

• Facilitate individual and group therapy sessions designed to help patients process their trauma experiences, build coping strategies, and foster a healing environment.

• Collaborate with psychiatrists and multidisciplinary team members to create an integrated care plan ensuring comprehensive support for each patient.

• Provide crisis intervention when needed, offering immediate support during trauma-related emergencies.

• Educate patients and their families on trauma responses, coping mechanisms, and available resources, enabling them to understand and navigate their experiences better.

• Maintain precise and confidential documentation per legal and ethical standards while utilizing electronic health record (EHR) systems.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s or Doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology from an accredited educational institution.

• A valid and current licensure as an LMFT, LPC, or LCSW in the state of Arizona.

• At least 2 years of post-licensure experience, ideally within an outpatient or community health setting.

• Strong understanding of trauma-related disorders and trauma-informed treatment modalities, complemented by experience in delivering effective trauma-focused therapeutic interventions.

• Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills that foster a compassionate and non-judgmental atmosphere in therapeutic settings.

• Proficiency in electronic health record (EHR) systems and relevant computer applications.

Compensation and Benefits\n

The salary range for this position is competitive, with an annual compensation between USD 80,000 and USD 104,000, commensurate with experience.
