Key Responsibilities\n

• Provide individual and group therapy sessions tailored to the needs of clients, drafting comprehensive treatment and discharge plans.

• Conduct thorough assessments through interviews, case histories, and observational techniques to understand client backgrounds and therapeutic needs.

• Evaluate collected data to identify underlying issues and adeptly modify therapeutic approaches or provide referrals when additional specialist input is required.

• Maintain up-to-date client documentation and submit all clinical notes within 24 hours of service delivery.

• Participate in ongoing professional development and mandatory training to uphold best practices in psychological care.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Your work will focus on clients from diverse backgrounds who are approaching mental health challenges with an openness to non-conventional therapeutic approaches, including the use of psychedelics as a healing tool. The Hospice Center environment will enable you to work closely with individuals undergoing transitions in their life journey, requiring both empathy and skilled intervention tailored to the unique psychological and emotional needs of each client.

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s degree in Social Work or a related field, with a valid LCSW certification.

• Demonstrated capability to become credentialed with multiple insurance panels.

• Current malpractice insurance coverage.
\n
• A willingness and ability to manage a caseload of at least 10 clients per week, conducting 53-minute therapeutic sessions.

• Proficiency with digital electronic health record (EHR) systems to manage client information efficiently.

Preferred Experience\n

• Previous experience providing therapy within a virtual or remote setting.

Compensation and Benefits\n

The annual salary for this position ranges from $90,000 to $105,000, dependent on experience and qualifications. In addition to a competitive salary, we offer:
