This position is fully remote, allowing our counselors the flexibility to conduct sessions from their homes or other appropriate locations. Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough client assessments to identify mental health conditions and determine individual needs, ensuring a clear understanding of the client’s situation.

• Formulate and implement tailored treatment plans based on the unique requirements of each client, ensuring that the approach aligns with evidence-based practices.

• Facilitate one-on-one counseling sessions that promote healing and resilience, which might involve Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), mindfulness techniques, or other therapeutic modalities.

• Lead group therapy sessions when appropriate to foster community and shared experiences among clients dealing with similar issues, enhancing support through peer interactions.

• Regularly monitor and assess clients’ progress, making necessary adjustments to treatment plans to ensure the most effective care is being provided.

• Maintain detailed documentation of client interactions, progress notes, and treatment plans within our electronic medical records (EMR) system, adhering to confidentiality and ethical guidelines.

• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams, including psychiatrists and social workers, to provide comprehensive mental health care, enhancing the overall treatment experience for clients.

• Engage in ongoing professional development, attending seminars and workshops that keep you at the forefront of mental health treatment advancements and technologies.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

As a Licensed Mental Health Counselor at Spring Health, you will provide care to a diverse population, including adults, adolescents, couples, and families facing various mental health challenges. This may encompass anxiety disorders, depression, relationship issues, trauma, and stress management. You will play a crucial role in helping clients develop coping strategies and resilience, enhancing their quality of life.

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s degree in mental health counseling, psychology, social work, or a related field is required.

• A valid state license to practice as a mental health counselor is mandatory.

Compensation and Benefits\n

The position offers a competitive salary range of USD 85,000 to 95,000 annually, with a possibility of a sign-on bonus.
