Key Responsibilities

• Conduct thorough evaluations to accurately assess each patient's physical condition, functional limitations, and rehabilitation needs.
• Design and implement individualized treatment plans aimed at restoring mobility, alleviating pain, and facilitating recovery.
• Utilize various therapeutic modalities including manual therapy techniques, therapeutic exercises, ultrasound, and electrical stimulation in treatment sessions.
• Provide detailed education to patients on injury prevention strategies, proper body mechanics, and effective home exercise regimens to support self-management.
• Regularly collaborate with orthopedic specialists and other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive and coordinated patient care.
• Document patient progress meticulously, adapting treatment plans based on ongoing assessments and outcomes.
• Maintain compliance with all clinical documentation standards aligned with HIPAA regulations.

Patient Population / Client Focus

Qualifications

• Possess an active Physical Therapist license in New Jersey.
• Hold a Bachelor's degree in Physical Therapy or a Doctor of Physical Therapy (DPT) from an accredited program.
