Work Environment\n

This position offers the flexibility of remote work, making it possible for therapists to engage with clients from the comfort of their own space while maintaining a professional atmosphere. Our therapists work Monday through Friday from 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM, with some flexibility required based on patient needs. Our supportive team environment fosters collaboration and communication, allowing for seamless coordination of care.

Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive assessments to understand the mental health needs of clients and develop individualized treatment plans tailored to their unique circumstances.

• Implement evidence-based therapeutic interventions, including cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT) and solution-focused therapy, to support clients in achieving their mental health goals.

• Lead psychoeducational and support groups focused on prevalent mental health issues, providing a safe space for individuals to share experiences and develop coping strategies.

• Collaborate effectively with psychiatrists, psychologists, and multidisciplinary team members to ensure holistic care and comprehensive treatment for all clients.

• Provide crisis intervention and community support during mental health emergencies, promptly assessing the situation and facilitating necessary resources.

• Educate clients and their families about mental health conditions, available treatments, and community resources to promote independence and recovery.

• Maintain accurate and confidential records according to legal, ethical, and organizational standards, ensuring compliance with state regulations.

Qualifications\n

• Master’s or doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology from an accredited institution.

• Current and valid licensure as a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC), or Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) in Texas.

• Extensive knowledge of mental health disorders, therapeutic modalities, and evidence-based treatment strategies.

Compensation and Benefits\n
