Work Environment

This position is designed for a therapist who enjoys working directly with patients in their homes. You will operate within a supportive and collaborative framework, allowing you to focus on what you do best—helping individuals regain their mobility and independence. The role requires flexibility, as you will be traveling to various locations in West Palm Beach to provide care. Key Responsibilities

Your primary responsibilities will include, but are not limited to:

• Monitoring and assessing patients' progress regularly, making necessary adjustments to treatment plans based on their evolving needs.
• Designing and implementing comprehensive, personalized treatment plans tailored to each patient's health goals and physical capabilities.
• Engaging in thorough evaluations of patients' medical histories and conducting physical examinations to inform treatment decisions.
• Providing education to patients and their families on effective management techniques and preventative measures for their condition.
• Documenting detailed patient progress reports, treatment plans, and outcomes in compliance with regulatory guidelines.
• Collaborating closely with other healthcare professionals—including physicians, nurses, and occupational therapists—to ensure multidisciplinary care that meets each patient's unique needs.

Patient Population / Client Focus

The patients you will serve are diverse, encompassing a wide range of age groups and conditions, including post-surgical recovery, chronic pain management, and rehabilitation following injuries. Your work will substantially impact their quality of life, enabling them to regain mobility and achieve functional independence in their daily activities.

Qualifications

• Florida State licensure as a Physical Therapist is required.
• A Bachelor's, Master's, or Doctorate degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited institution.
• Demonstrated excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with an emphasis on empathetic patient interactions.
• Strong organizational and time-management skills to handle a dynamic caseload and varying patient needs.

Compensation and Benefits

We offer a competitive salary structure with a range from USD 90,000 to 120,000 annually, commensurate with experience and caseload.
