Key Responsibilities\n

As a Remote Mental Health Counselor, your day-to-day responsibilities will include:

• Facilitating discussions around clients’ thoughts, emotions, and life experiences to help them gain meaningful insights about themselves and their interpersonal relationships.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Each client is carefully screened prior to scheduling sessions, and we carefully match counselors with clients based on specialty and preferred demographics.

Qualifications\n

To apply for this role, candidates must meet the following qualifications:

• Education: A Master's degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology is required.

• Licensing: Candidates must possess a valid, fully active license (LPC, LCSW, or LMFT) with no disciplinary actions noted and in good standing for independent practice.

Preferred Experience\n

While a minimum of 2 years of counseling experience is required, additional experience in outpatient settings or with specific therapeutic modalities may be preferred but is not mandatory.

Compensation and Benefits\n
